Daren Mills is welcomed to Poppleton & Appleby

A leading insolvency practice and business recovery specialist in Birmingham has expanded with a new senior appointment.

Daren Mills has joined Poppleton & Appleby in a senior role within its advisory and business development team.

He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner with 30 years’ experience in the industry, and specialises in liquidations, administrations, voluntary arrangements and bankruptcy.

Daren, who is married with two children, began his career in 1987 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, before moving on to Moore Stephens, Begbies Traynor and CCW Recovery Solutions.

He has spent a number of years in senior positions and will now support Poppleton & Appleby’s future growth plans.

Daren said: “Poppleton & Appleby is a long-standing name in the industry and has an excellent reputation locally.

“My focus on advising the intermediary sector will complement the firm’s existing contact base.

“I am looking forward to working with such a well-respected team and helping to strengthen the firm’s position across the midlands region.”

Daren has been welcomed to the business by Poppleton & Appleby Partners Andy Turpin and Matt Hardy.
