A Turpin and M D Hardy were appointed Joint Administrators of F H Realisations Limited (formerly Froude Hofmann Limited) (“the Company”) on 25 April 2016.
The Joint Administrators subsequently sought their release from office on 4 April 2017, as the Company entered into Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, pursuant to Paragraph 83 to Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
Whilst the Liquidation is ongoing, stakeholders are able to access below important documents previously circulated during the Administration.
