    Licensed Insolvency Practitioners

This is a straightforward guide which explains the early warning signs of business failure and encourages early engagement with a business recovery and insolvency specialist.

It focuses on the need for businesses to seek advice early to have the best chance of a successful outcome when they are facing financial difficulty.

The Guide looks at the seven typical stages in a company’s life cycle:

As Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, our job is just as much about restructuring and helping businesses recover as it is about formal insolvency procedures. In our experience, by the time potential clients contact us, they are often already at the Crisis point, quite possibly because they have ignored or not spotted the signs of distress.

At the Crisis point, it is more likely that a corporate insolvency measure is needed: A Company Voluntary Arrangement, Administration, Receivership or Liquidation. However, if we are contacted sooner, during the Under performance or Distress stages, then there are more options available to turn the business around.

Contact us or call us on 0121 200 2962 for a free initial consultation if your business, or a client’s, is facing insolvency. The sooner you get in touch, the more we can do to help.
