Harrison Beale & Owen Win Our Spring Quiz

Our annual spring quiz took place at its traditional home, the Butts Arena in Coventry, on 24^th April 2018. Once again business insolvency advice was put to one side, as 15 teams competed for the title, across 7 rounds of intense quizzing, overseen by the quizmasters, Andy Turpin and Matt Hardy.

This Year, the Winners Were Given £1,000 to Donate to the Charity of their Choice

Our guests were from the Birmingham and Coventry business community, and, having enjoyed an excellent supper, the quiz got underway.  During the event we raised £1,000 thanks to donations, sponsoring rounds and raffle prizes by our guests, which made for a worthy first prize.

The team from the Coventry office of Harrison Beale & Owen won, after a closely fought contest.  As the winning team, they were to choose a charity of their choice for the proceeds of the evening to go to. Their choice was the Heart of England Community Fund and they received £1000 to donate to them.

Graham Wain Accountancy came a very close second, with Integra Accounting taking third place.

Harrison Beale & Owen’s Leamington office then went on to make it a double, with one of their number winning the business card raffle. Poppleton & Appleby donated £50 for the winner to donate to her chosen charity: Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
